How long does it take to process my order?

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order from start to finish. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to ship your order. In most cases your order will ship sooner. If you do require rush processing please contact us through the contact page, or email at info@kentonmichael.com to make arrangements. An additional charge may apply.

What shipping carrier and cost is associated with shipping my order?

We do offer our customers complimentary First Class USPS shipping. If you do need faster shipping options please contact us through the contact form or email us at info@kentonmichael.com to make these arrangements. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped. Please allow up to three business days for your package to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally for a $25 flat cost.

Does my  KENTON MICHAEL purchase come gift wrapped?

Yes, each piece of jewelry comes with a <M> Gift Box and pouch with card insert. If you are sending a gift please contact us through the form or email us at info@kentonmichael.com to include a personalized note.

 Do you offer custom engraving or stamping?

We love the idea of making your jewelry or gift personal by engraving or stamping in a word, verse, initial, date etc. We do offer these services. We will be including a page to the site specifically for customizing your jewelry soon. Until then, please contact us through the contact form or email us at info@kentonmichael.com to learn how to customize your next piece of jewelry or gift. 

What is your return policy?

Because we make each piece of jewelry by hand to order, we do not currently offer refunds. However we do offer exchanges within 15 days for credit in the form of a discount code that can be used at kentonmichael.com. Please contact us through the form or email us at info@kentonmichael.com to arrange your exchange. We do not reimburse shipping charges associated with exchanges.

What is your repair policy?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item has become damaged please contact us through the contact form or email us at info@kentonmichael.com to arrange your item to be repaired. Depending on the situation an additional charge may apply. We do not reimburse shipping charges associated with repairs. A $10 fee is requested to cover return shipping cost.

How do I maintain my KENTON MICHAEL Jewelry

Our products are very durable. To maintain the visual and overall quality of your sterling, leather and or beaded item, we recommend taking it off when showering, going in the ocean or working out. Sterling silver will naturally tarnish / oxidize from the elements. You can usually rub it with a soft cloth to clear the tarnish and bring some shine back. We do have polishing cloths available for $6.00 including shipping. Use the contact form to arrange for us to send you a cloth.
